#1 – Romantic Bubble Bath Date Night
Sharing a bubble bath with your love allows for private time, relaxation, intimacy, and connection.

- Bubble Bath – Find a scent that is appealing to you and your partner. My hubby and I enjoy scents that include Palo Santo. Everyone is different, just make sure to choose something that will be suitable for you both.
- Rose Petals – Sprinkle some red rose petals along the floor of the bathroom as well as in the bubble bath after filling the tub with bubbles. The scent of the rose petals is soothing and creates a beautiful atmosphere.
- Tea Lights – I love getting a bag of these tea lights on Amazon. Theyāre the perfect way to add to the romantic ambiance.
- Relaxing Music – Turn on some music that will allow you and your man to unwind and connect.
- Adult Beverage – My fave is champagne or some sparkling wine. Enjoying a cool bubbly drink together while soaking in the tub is a win-win for all.
#2 – Date Night Picnic In The Living Room OR The Back Yard
Picnicking in the living room has become a favorite date night.
Pack a picnic basket with you and your guyās favorite picnic foods.
Wear your cute comfy loungewear.
Spread a blanket out on the living room floor.
Light some candles and enjoy!
What You Need For This Date:
- Picnic Basket – This doesnāt have to be anything elaborate and really if youād rather just carry the food from your kitchen to the living room by all means go for it! I really enjoy getting into it by using an actual picnic basket but whatever you choose will work just as well.
- Large Blanket – Try to find a blanket that is soft and large enough to cover a big space for the two of you to spread out and cuddle.
- Picnic Foods – Foods come down to personal preference, but I enjoy packing our basket with finger sandwiches, chips, veggies, chocolates, and wine.
#3 – Italian Cooking Date Night
Cooking together is a fun way to connect and do something creative.
Pour a couple of glasses of wine, turn on some Italian love songs, and get cooking!
What You Need For This Date:
- Your favorite Italian recipe and ingredients.
- Music – Choose your favorite Italian songs.
- Cooking equipment.
#4 – Movie Night Date Night – Of His Choice
Let him select the movie, just go along with it no matter what.
My husband and I typically have very different choices in movies.
Most of the time, he does let me choose, but this date night is about him and what he will enjoy – so let him pick!
Pop some popcorn, get your favorite snacks, and snuggle up together under a cozy blanket.

- Movie – Ask your guy what movie he wants to watch and have it ready to go.
